Our recent projects at Ormond by the Sea Condo were the direct result of the hurricanes Mathew in 2016 and Irma in 2017.
The first phase centered around the rebuild of the 3 and 4 story mansard roofs. Careful demolition of the existing installation of new trusses, dimensional shingles and soffit.
The second phase involved the repair and replacement of trusses, shingles and soffit on the sanitation plant.
The third phase involves the complete repair of all concrete elements, painting of walls and ceilings, and waterproofing of walkaways and balconies.
It has been a pleasure working as general contractors assisting in the rebuild of this lovely condominium.
