Those living in the Daytona Area for many years will be familiar with the iconic, “Inn on the Beach” The old lady was purchased by some forward-thinking minds and complete an aesthetic restoration which has tremendous curb appeal. The re-branded building is now ready for structural repairs to be completed.

Our initial project was the restoration of the seawall which was suffering from penetration of chloride ions into the structure. These repairs completed, we thank the management for their total cooperation and move forward.
