We have just completed our second project on the Links South building. After a successful ground floor walkway project, we were asked to mimic the decorative 3 color design that was installed on the ground floor, to all elevated walkways.
Although this sounds simple we had to use two different products as the elevated walkways needed to be waterproofed while the ground floor needed a breathable system. After extensive research and testing we found that the Miracote deck system had the waterproofing, and color availability to match the ground floor, as the building requested.
Walkways are always a difficult project to complete, but we worked very closely with the board and communicated with the building on a daily basis to make this another successful project that was finished on time and on budget.
