A lovely 6 story, well maintained condo on the beach very close to vibrant Flagler Avenue.
R&J was entrusted with restoring the west elevation of the building.
The restoration involved the complete removal of the existing balustrade rail system owing to severe deterioration and safety concerns. New balustrades were ordered and installed on the entire walkway areas. The concrete decks were also compromised and needed complete repair.
In addition to the painting of all vertical and horizontal elements, walkways received Miracote deck coatings to provide a long lasting, resilient surface.
Restoration of the east elevation balconies is the next piece of the puzzle. We thank the management and board for their close cooperation.
