Our wonderful relationship with the board and management of Errol by the Sea started with a seawall restoration project. The seawall rebar was corroded, and the cracking of the concrete was severe. Under the eye of a local structural engineer we restored the seawall.
In 2016 we were again contracted by the board to restore, paint and waterproof the entire residential complex. The existing railings were also replaced, temporary rails installed to allow slab edge restoration and new Kynar coated rails installed. This was a difficult project made easier by the board, management, engineer and ourselves working very closely together.
The 18-month project was completed on schedule and UNDER budget.
