A beautiful 3 story condo on Ormond's north peninsula, Windemere has great architectural appeal.

Various waterproofing issues have surfaced over the years. Most recently the north and south sheer walls have been a problem.

R&J Coatings and Waterproofing, Inc. was asked to troubleshoot the problem and arrange the repair.

We found several small dynamic cracks in the elevations which were feeding water into the structure. Sealants were selected based on the thermal movement requirement and, following their successful installation, a sealer and elastomeric coating system was applied to the walls.
