Sunrise Condominum

one mile north of the old Ormond pier location lies Sunrise Condominium.
Situated across from the ocean, Sunrise is punished by the wind driven
salt spray.R&J was requested to seal and paint the vertical walls after first replacing the spalled concrete and repairing the vertical cracking. In addition, the elevated walkways were prepared and coated with a pedestrian polyurethane system, which should provide years of trouble free service. |
