of the newer condominiums on the north peninsula of Ormond Beach,
Starboard Light is a 3 story building just across A1A from the ocean.During our frequent storms from the north, certain units developed water intrusion problems. The leakage was caused by cracks in the north sheer wall. R&J's team provided support by accessing the wall, preparing and sealing the cracks and waterproofing the entire wall with an elastomeric coating. The board had the foresight to have the south sheerwall waterproofed while the men and equipment were onsite. |
