Sandpoint Condominium

A sister building to the Ormondy
Condominium, Sandpoint is a well managed condominium situated north of
the Shores Resort in Daytona Beach Shores.  We
last waterproofed and painted the building in 1999; the coating survived
the storms of 2004 and stayed in great condition through 2008.
Not wanting to push the envelope the board entrusted R&J with a new contract to restore the overhead concrete and coat the entire building. The project, finished in April 2008 should provide further years of trouble free waterproofing. Subterranean waterproofing was also undertaken at the control joints, which were rebuilt using plural component urethane technology. |
