This two story hotel conversion is now a well-maintained timeshare facility. We removed the east facing balconies entirely, formed and poured new decks with the installation of MMFX high chromium content steel, a major breakthrough for improved restoration. MMFX is now used on all of R&J's restoration projects.

2004's storm season created water intrusion through the panel joints in the seawall, consequently undermining the pooldeck. A combination of epoxy and soil stabilization applications controlled the problem and provided the resort with a fix adopting non-invasive technology.

After the restoration was complete the board approved a complete paint job with a special emphasis of waterproofing the elevated walkways. The building looks great - what a facelift!
