This 11 story structure situated in Ormond By The Sea has been put in our care for the past several years. Waterproofing systems were applied to the building in 5 year intervals, and are displaying beauty, cleanliness and above all complete waterproofing. Our company takes great pride in the appearance of the Ormondy Condominium.

Recent projects have been of a preventative maintenance nature. The post tensioning on the parking deck had shown corrosion on the east wall, so knowing the extraordinary expense of broken post tension tendons, the Board of the condominium requested that we inspect and repair corrosion damage where found. A great Board decision which should be applauded for their progressive thinking.
